What You Need To Know About Your Account(s)
- Will My Account Number Change?
Your account number remains the same, only with a "T" added as a prefix. Please check your records for your exact account number. If your records show that your account number begins with a zero, an "F" or the letters "CWM," you must add the "T" before those digits or letters. Examples: T012345, TF12345, TCWM123456.
- Are My Scheduled Transactions Affected By The Transition?
Your scheduled payments will be recreated on the Sterling Trust system. No action is required on your part.
- Will My Custodian Titling Change?
Yes. Sterling Trust will re-register the custodian titling on your investments. Until re-registration is complete, assets will be listed as "TAS Re-Registrations in Process" on your Sterling Trust account statement. This should not impact your ability to facilitate a transaction.
- Will I Receive a Final Statement from TASC?
Yes, a final TASC statement will be mailed to you in June reflective of all activity through May 31, 2010.
- What About My Designated Representative/Interested Third Party?
If you had an alternative designated representative or Power of Attorney or interested third party with access to your account we will import the data from your existing account.
